Our scheduling system will text you if openings become available. These are not spam. If you want the offered appointment, please type “yes” and the system will immediately confirm if that visit was accepted - Appointment reminders
Our system will notify you via text 2 days before your scheduled visit
We ask that you give us 24 hr notice if you need to cancel. We have many patients in need of therapy and wanting to come in. Late Cancels and No Shows take away these visits from other patients in need.

Our Cancellation & Attendance Policy
To provide the best care to all our patients and ensure appointment availability:
- We ask for 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule.
- After two no-shows or Cancels, you will be placed on a same-day call list and will no longer be able to schedule appointments in advance.
We understand emergencies happen—please communicate with us as soon as possible if something arises.

Direct Access = No Referral Needed
New Hampshire is a DIRECT ACCESS state – this means you do not need a physician’s referral to begin physical therapy. This saves time, money, and gets you (or someone you know) feeling better faster.
